1. Haicheng Huifeng Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd.

The power station was connected to the grid in July 2021. The construction scale of this project is 1 set of 150 tons of water-cooled vibrating grate pot and 1 set of 30MW extraction condensation generator set. The power plant is located in the textile printing and dyeing industrial park of Ganwang Town, Haicheng, providing steam to more than 10 printing and dyeing enterprises in the park and enjoying new energy subsidies from the state and Liaoning Province.

2. Dandong Mingsheng Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd.

Liaoning Energy Company holds 80% of the shares. Construction will start in December 2020 and is expected to be connected to the grid by the end of the year. The construction scale of this project is 2 sets of 75 tons of water-cooled vibrating grate boilers and 1 set of 30MW extraction condensation generator set. The power plant is located in Qianyang Town Industrial Park, Dandong City. There are 3 paper mills and 10 pharmaceutical and other automobile enterprises in the park. It is expected to supply 500,000 tons of steam and heating area of 650,000 square meters per year.

3. Dalian Poguang Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

It is a joint venture of Liaoneng Company and Shanghai Poguang Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the company's main business is the investment, construction and operation management of distributed photovoltaic projects. At present, it is under construction of distributed photovoltaic projects in Dandong Paper Industrial Park, Haicheng Textile Printing and Dyeing Industrial Park, Dalian Baoyuan factory, Angang Mining Area, etc., with a total scale of about 100MW.

4. Liaoji Hydrogen Energy Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd.

The main business is to cooperate with German companies in the research and development, production, transformation and maintenance of hydrogen fuel engine business and hydrogen energy development and utilization.

5. Wind power project (project approval stage)

The company is working with Korean wind power research units to develop a breeze power generation project (wind ring), compared with traditional wind power generation, small size, low noise, green environmental protection and pollution-free, 100% use of natural wind power generation, the project has now entered the final demonstration stage, is officially introduced in 2022.
